2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age to use the badjl platform. Any person under 21 is strictly prohibited from creating an account or using the platform. We may request identity documents to verify age when necessary.

2.2 Registration Terms

When creating an account, you must ensure the following:

• You are providing true, accurate, and complete information.
• You will have only one account in your name — creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
• You are an adult and are using the platform voluntarily.
• You are not a resident of any country or region where online gambling is completely prohibited.
• You will not share your account information with anyone else.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may operate only one badjl account. If multiple members of the same household use separate accounts, they must have separate identities and payment methods. badjl reserves the right to verify in cases of doubt.

3 Account Security & Verification

3.1 Password & Security

It is your responsibility to keep your badjl account password and login details completely confidential. No third party may be given access to your account. Your password should not be easy to guess, and you are advised to change it regularly.

3.2 KYC Verification

The badjl platform conducts "Know Your Customer" (KYC) verification in certain cases. As part of this process, you may be asked to submit the following documents:

• National ID card (NID) or a copy of your passport
• Proof of age document
• Payment method verification details (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account details)

badjl reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete. Providing false information will result in immediate account closure.

3.3 Responsibility for Account Activity

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Similarly, the minimum withdrawal amount is also ৳500. Transactions below this amount cannot be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

badjl generally processes withdrawal requests within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, this time may be somewhat longer in cases involving KYC verification or complex situations.

4.4 Important Payment Terms

• It is recommended to make deposits and withdrawals using the same payment method.
• Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• In the case of currency conversion, the applicable exchange rate may vary slightly for technical reasons.
• If suspicious activity is found in any transaction, badjl reserves the right to hold the payment until the investigation is complete.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus of up to ৳15,000 on their first deposit. For example:

• A ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000
• A deposit of ৳16,000 or more earns a maximum bonus of ৳15,000 → total balance ৳31,000

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 15x (fifteen times) wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn. This requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

5.3 General Terms for Bonus Use

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period; any unused bonus will be cancelled after the period expires.
• If an unusual betting pattern is observed while using a bonus (such as attempting to meet the wagering requirement through low-risk strategies), badjl reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
• Creating multiple accounts on behalf of the same person or household to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• badjl reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

6 Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

6.1 Fair Play Commitment

• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

7.2 VIP Benefit Terms

Decisions regarding VIP tier changes and the granting of benefits are entirely at the discretion of badjl. badjl reserves the right to change the structure, benefits, or tiers of the VIP program at any time. Notice of such changes will be provided on the platform in a timely manner.

7.3 Cashback Usage

Weekly cashback is generally credited at a set time each week. The cashback amount is directly withdrawable and may be used without any additional wagering requirement, unless stated otherwise in a specific offer.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure by the User

8.2 Suspension or Closure by badjl

badjl reserves the right to suspend or close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms or suspicious activity

• Remaining inactive for a long period (generally more than 12 months)

8.3 Balance of Closed Accounts

If an account is closed due to a policy violation, the balance may be forfeited under applicable circumstances. Legitimate balances in accounts closed due to ordinary inactivity will be returned.
